E3. Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. Re: Request to Locate Transmission Line within County of Lethbridge Road Allowance Right-of-Way (Agreement)

Robyn Singleton, County Manager relayed that Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. has forwarded the County a copy of a draft agreement addressing the concerns of County Council that were raised at the February 16 and March 2, 2006 County Council meetings. It is recommended that if County Council wishes to review the specifics of the draft agreement that the review be completed In-Camera.

A discussion was held concerning the matter.
